Project horse sale

I just bought a stats project for myself with hopes to sell by age of 3. He is 0 years old right now. has 453 stats now, and getting hay cubes as treats daily. He is a Champagne quarter horse and you can see him in my unassigned horses. Would there be any interest in buying him once he turns 3. If so, asking price would be 50k. He will never skip a day of getting treats, so his stats will improve 1-4 a day, for 3 weeks.

If not sold by 3, he will be in western discipline, shown and trained, and not be offered for sale again until he turns 10.
