QH Mare for brood

I'm looking for a QH mare to breed with my stallion ஓ Sweet Spirits
She would need to have at least 700 stats (but preferably higher) and reasonable conformation. Coat and leg markings would be a bonus.
Willing to pay around $50,000, but may go higher for a really nice mare :D

I could offer a breeding to my mare, Smoke Signals. She'll have a breeding max of two - three, if you want one from her. She's paired with my stallion, Proposed, and I normally do a keep one, sell one once they hit the third gen, but wouldn't mind sliding another slot in there if you like her. c:

40k, because my stud fees are normally 10k per 100's up to half of the stat total. It's negotiable if needed though.
