Earning Stats Riding

Hi,

Whenever I go riding since the recode, I never get stats for the horses so I guess this has been disabled? I think it's a bit of a shame, because that was the only reason I used it. Riding is quite a lot of work and it would be a great way to train your horses.
Maybe an idea to reintroduce?

Leisure riding on here is not hard work :P But in real life, it is, I believe Abbey may have done this because earning stats is easier now due to showing, training (temporarily disabled), and treating all giving stats. Though I do miss being able to find rare items and money on there, especially since we can only find treats now

I'm against re-introducing stats into riding because it would give people who have a lot of time to play the game an unfair advantage. (I say this as someone who is able to be online a lot too, not as someone with limited time to play).

On the old EV it was fine because the 4 rides was about all that most people were able to do; but now you could theoretically ride ~48 times throughout the day.

haha it's true that clicking a mousepad 20 isn't a lot of work, but now the whole feature isn't as interesting to do as it was. Sometimes you get something rare, but thats very occasional. I think that there should be some more things (maybe stats, maybe something else?) should be a reward. Maybe you guys have other suggestions?

yeah, I was wondering if money went away as well? I don't seem to get any but mayube it's just my luck :)

I would post it in the suggestions board! I would support it giving more things than treats (not stats because I like the challenge of earning stats now) but maybe...uh I don't know!

Post it and see what people think! I know I don't do the riding thing very often because its just boring now!

I've heard on the grapevine that something very special is going to be added to the rides (to make up for the things you can no longer acquire). So you might wanna keep playing with the feature ;)

*Note that you can sometimes get stats by "wishing for the horses" in the Fountain.

What I don´t like about the rides is the time lapse. I mean, before the recode we had the slots and spend them whenever we wanted (or could), now if you can´t log in the game for a while you´re loosing opportunities. One thing I really love of this game is that you can do a lot of improvement with one single conection per day instead of having to check and play several times during the day. In fact, that was one of the main reasons I moved to this game from the other one I played... So I really hope that if rides become important the time lapse dissapear and we get our slots as they were before the recode.
