New breed art help

So I want to create a new breed but my imagination is having a little trouble. I need your help in a theme for a new horse breed. I had one or two ideas, but I'd love to hear everyone's opinion. Also whoever's idea I choose they will win 5k(for each idea I decide to do) these new breeds will be on premade gray scaled lines though.

Emoji horses(they have at least 5 different emojis)

I have a breed art idea for miniature draft horses. Just like miniatures, but then as draft horses. Kinda like shetland ponies, but with more feathers. It's a lot of work creating it all by myself though. I am making the linearts and grayscales for my breed myself. But I might want someone to help with recolours.
