I tried to find every EV resource about CSS, but couldn't find anything :(

is for your inside page colour. If you find the class IDs for the other two it should be the same process in your style tag. 

@ maple, I tried #page_content and it didn't work. Do you know why?

You need to put an actual hex colour code with a semi-colon after it. Looking at your page it's copied the forums format too, so make sure you're editing in the source code section. 

(Also you don't need to put important for codes, just to save you characters. The game doesn't overwrite styles on player pages.)
