High confo Foundies?

Hi everyone, 

I've been looking around through some horses and have seen a few foundation horses with 90+ confo stats. I was just wondering how that happens? The best confo I've received even through the EVC horse design was like 65. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it luck of the draw?

They could be from the old EV; higher confo was more common in foundies.

As Silver Foxie said, they are surely from the old version of EV. You can get some horses with higher confo from the Equine Center or you can buy custom horses for credits, they all have higher, 60+ confo, usually around 65-68.
