I want to change my horse speciality form western to dressage, but can i do it and if i really can, so how?

In the training centre > Convert speciality. Careful with converting if you are showing though, as base stats won’t be moved around. ie if you are showing a dressage based horse then it will not show well in western. This has knock on affects on breeding specialities also.
