Layout Coding

Hi!
I was wondering if there is anyone who would be able to code a layout for me (I can do the manip)
I would prefer a 'broken' style layout if possible, but open to any style, and would be after 2 or 3 scroll boxes
If anyone is able to do this if you could send me prices that would be brill, and examples would be a great plus too
