ISO: Layout

Alrighty, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to coding. So, I am looking to the lovely people of Equiverse to help me out a bit. I'm looking for someone who can code a "within frame" layout for two accounts.

I am willing to pay whatever amount is needed for them. I'm currently picking out some images for them.
