Got it... 8/9 years of playing formally introduced myself.
2008:
I joined, october, shortly after my birthday. I was Hold up.... 16 years of age. Life was good, i had money from my bday so i upgraded like two weeks into playing IF that long. I started with Nokotas, and shortly had a decent lined. I unfortunately, never got to breed my first pair, I didn't pay attention to the days and they retired lol. Sad panda back then.
I made few friends but enjoyed the forums as a frequent goer. Few knew my story in life and i was keeping it that way.
but when i got pregnant, i did make a post about it after i got over the initial shock/fear. I was semi-excited. but still scared. my family hated my bf, and despised me for getting pregnant.
I dropped out of the 12 grade year in high school due to the pregnancy making me constantly sick. I vomited every 30 to 45 minutes, whether i ate or drank or not. It didn't matter. When there's no substance for y our body to upchuck, it upchucks its own fluids and acid coming up sucks.
anyway track it forward.
My EV group of friends were there for me when i lost my baby at 21 weeks of pregnancy. In fact, I owe my entire life to the EV Community who helped me, as well as assassins creed and legend of zelda. If I hadn't had those three things, my demons might have consumed me entirely and made me do something no one would have forgiven me for.
But due to Bradley entering this world and leaving it, I had come out of it stronger, I went and graduated high school after fighting to get back in just to finish it, a year later than my original graduation year. I went on to try to be happier, and i got a pit bull puppy that just so happened to come running out of its yard of the breeders house when me and my sister were walking by from the library. I fell in love, the guy offered to sell him to us, and my sister bought him for me as a "hope you feel better/early bday" present. Tank became my life and I devoted everything i had to him.
Tank died a year later, mange and he had been born without an immune system, a cold got him and he died in my arms at the vet office. He was two days from turning one year old. I took the loss hard and again, depression hit me. But that was quickly having to be put aside, for my ragdoll, champion lined, had given birth to the next generation. Godis, named by a Swedish friend from online, was my favorite, and he too did not make it. Autopsy revealed his heart was under developed. Again, it was in my arms that he was taken.
The next three years were spent in the saddle mostly. I had my QH gelding, Bob, to work with. But in 2011, we moved to a beach side city, and Bob was boarded at a friends house. I rarely saw him. But when I did, we hit the trails hard. 2012 marked the end of our lease, and i had gotten to the point in the friendship that he started to threaten my horse, so I gave Bob away to a family who fell in love with him, and he too adored them. He is happily a retired trail/child friendly horse to this day. I got a job interview before I even finished moving back to my original city. I landed said job, McDonalds. I was 2.5 months shy of turning 21. I got a car, and then my license shortly after getting the job.
I didn't work much, the scheduling manager hated me because I was white and wasn't stick thin like he liked (even though he romances men) and gave me four hours a week for six months straight. I kept working though and he eventually decided I wasn't going to quit and gave me more hours before he left the store to transfer. We'll call him Princess for this story. I got more hours as we went in wthout him and began doing grave shifts. I hated those. But I was one of the few that they wanted to do it. So i did.
Let's fast forward to 2013. I had always bugged me mam about snakes. I LOVED snakes. She HATES snakes, she's biblical on it and considers them the devils servants or whatever. (sorry if you read/love the bible, i havent read nor care to read it). I never did. I was looking at ads and found a male yb het ghost(hypo) for $80. I told my mam and she had been planning on surprising me by taking me to see two other snakes, who were advertised by the same person, so she brought the YB as well. Needless to say, we walked away with three snakes for $80. It was the best day ever.
Now fast forward. We're at 2014. They're opening up another store. Chris, my store manager, and I are talking. I mention how I enjoy training the newcomers and he perks up and asks if I'll go with him to the new location. I tell him let me think about it. He tells me "if you come with me, I will make you a crew trainer, and then a manager" Eventually, I tell him yes. Mariana (another manager) tells me if I stay she'll get me a dollar raise. Told her I was sorry I already accepted Chris's offer. She now does not like me. But I am a certified manager, with my raises and my full time. I won.
lets fast forward to 2016. I have a snake addiction. I also have a tattoo addiction. I am also addicted to batman, loki, kylo ren, iron man, bb8, and the ever wonderful art (Though that's my entire life).
I own 14? snakes.
Ball pythons and one red tail boa.
Osirus is my yb het hypo (first snake) ball python. She was sold to me as a male (hence her male name) but turned out to be a female. She chose her name though.
Germany is my mojave spider het hypo male ball. He has a severe 'wobble' which is common in the spider gene, it is a neurological disorder.
Casanova is my lesser ball male. He was purchased because he was pretty.
Mojo is a mojave female ball. She was a petco bought girl. I don't remember why i bought her to be honest, but i did.
Ahri is a normal female ball, and she's been paired with one of my males. She is going to go back to the friend who gave her to me when she lays eggs. I will miss her but Arianna has space and time for her again. ♥
Gunther was a male, or so i was told by Arianna, who gave me him with Ahri. Gunther is now Genevieve, for he is a she. Supposedly special het clown, I'm almost certain shes just a low marked normal. She too is returning to Arianna.
Neff is a champagne. I liked the champagnes but they are like the grey/white gene in horses, it covers everything up. So she is not a benefit to my breeding plans. (For Sale)
Sirius is my pastel yb. He was paired with Ahri. He is for sale.
Kahlee Belle is my calico blast (Calico pastel pinstripe) female. She was bought january 9/10 at the reptile show. She was my first visual three gened morph. I have plans for her and love her.
YB M is a yb male, baby, who was rescued from petco. I say rescued because they hated him. He tried to bite everyone there. He has not struck at me once. I just got him to start eating again after he lost weight. I didn't think he was going to live. I will be selling him after he gains weight.
Caramella is a caramel albino girl. She is a reptile show purchase. and super sweet. I have plans for her too.
I have a red tail boa (For sale) female, hypo. She is gorgeous and her name is Esmee, but I dont have plans to extend into Boas, so she must go before she reaches 6 ft plus.
I may be picking up another snake plus its enclosure from Princesses boyfriend. He offered it to me for free.
I also just put down a deposit on a piebald 66% het hypo male. I am REALLY looking forward to this shipment.
I can procure up pictures.
and if any of you are interested in snakes/buying them, let me know ;] i'll have a few for sale :P
guaranteed healthy, guaranteed genders/genetics, and perfect beginner snakes. you gotta love BPs. ♥
I also have dogs, goats, chickens, geese, a blue tongue skink, leopard geckos, cockatoos, and a cat plus a stray who sticks around.
We are a busy family :)
