In need of a coder

I need a layout. and I wouldnt know the first thing about making them anymoe, it's been way too many years.

What I'd want is:

A header with my stable (Valkyria) name on it
I breed gypsys, so do with that as you will. I'd love to have maybe a celtic or romani feel to my page.
