I personally have the problem when I go to look for a stud for one of my mares or vice versa, the person has not over rolled that day, preventing me from breeding. I'd like to see an option in the "Search Horses" that opts out those who haven't rolled over. It's annoying and limits you.

Perhaps a checkbox that would include only horses owned by users who have rolled over for the day would take care of this then.

I'm currently implementing a way to tell how long it's been since someone last progressed their account (rather than just logged in and not progressed), and will be enabling breeding requests if the user has been active within the past week to line up with the horse search finding horses that have had active owners within the past week.
