*Higher Show Levels Giving Higher Payouts

I always thought that higher show levels gave more money, but recently I learned that this is not the case. What is the point of having higher statted horses if there is no increased reward for doing so? Why should an international level horse earn the same amount of money for winning a show as a novice horse? Increasing the payout for higher levels would make high-statted horses more valuable, and may help them sell as there would be a much greater chance of people being able to make the money they spent on the horse back. Buying a horse is an investment, and people will be much more likely to take that investment if there's a chance they can earn their money back. Otherwise, why bother?

I'm not sure how much more the higher levels should pay out. I'd appreciate input on that. It should be enough to make a difference, but it shouldn't be too easy to turn a profit from buying a horse. It's understood that the investment is long-term. However, at the moment, there just isn't a reason to buy higher-statted horses. It doesn't give an advantage; only lower non-specialty stats would (please don't start that debate again here). This would give a reason to breed for higher stats, and a reason to buy them as well.

I think that the factor that controls show winnings is how much you paid, not how high your horse's stats are? From the 'What happens to show fees?' box in 'Create Shows':

It is free to host shows in your arenas, and you can host 10 shows per arena per day.

When someone enters their horse into your show, the entry fee is split into two. You receive 20% of the entry fee which can be collected from your Stables page. The other 80% goes towards the show's prize money. Whoever wins 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in your show will receive a percentage of the show prize money each.

Yes, but there's a maximum. Maybe the maximum could be increased for higher levels, although it might involve messing with how show creation works.

Maybe make the price to enter the shows higher too? Because the game automatically filters out any shows that cost more that 50 EVD per show, so what if we bumped the minimum price you must pay for those.

Novice shows - 20 EVD min.
Local shows - 30 EVD min.
Regional shows - 50 EVD min.
National shows - 75 EVD min.
International shows - 100 EVD min.

This will successfully give out more payout and be more realistic of course. Gotta be willing to pay the higher price to show the higher horse and get the higher pay.

I support RemRem's idea of increasing minimums for each show level. This makes sense and follows real life shows as well.
