Well, I ended up purchasing another custom to pair with my first, to make a breeding pair. I wanted this one to be heterozygous for most genes, to get the most color possibilities.

The genes I wanted to be heterozygous were extension, agouti, and dun. You can choose that on the pattern genes, cream, champagne, and flaxen, so why should it be any different with the rest?

That makes absolute sense. If one is spending 15 credits on a single horse, why shouldn't you be able to choose the exact genotype. Support!
