*Notification when subscribed post is edited

So, I love new the form notification thingy and I have found that it may be helpful if you got a notification when a post was edited on a thread you subscribed to. like when someone says "will edit with entry" or something, then this would be especially helpful. If this has already been suggested, please let me know!

I can see it getting annoying if someone edits their post to fix a typo though. Maybe if there was a way to turn this feature on and off?

Oh, yes I didn't think of that. But yeah, if you could turn the feature on and off that would work much better. 

I support this! It would be very helpful for the reason suggested in the founding post.

An option "Notify subscribers of update" or something when you do the editing (check and uncheck it) could solve that problem. I think this would be a nice feature.

Do you get a notification when someone writes on your forum page? If you don't I think you should get one so you don't forget about your post.

Armilly - No, we don't get notified unless we "Subscribe" to the post.
I agree, we should automatically be alerted when someone replies to a post we created.

I would post that as a separate suggestion. Although I also wouldn't support it unless there were the option (and this was the default option) to not automatically be subscribed upon creating a topic. It's not that hard to check if a topic has been replied to; this is a small game. That's why subscribing is a deluxe feature. It's far from necessary, but it's a handy perk to many players.

I love what Owlshine said, that would be enormously helpful for both the creator of the topic and the subscribers.
