You have until 11:59pm March 10th to vote. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nominations for the Gypsy Vanner Club mascot are now open! A horse chosen to be club mascot will be featured on the club page, along with their owner and breeder, for the rest of the month. Owners will also win an exclusive tag, featuring their gypsy vanner. Nominations will be open until March 7th, 11:59pm, after which a short-list will be compiled of all eligible nominated horses and members will then be able to vote to select the club mascot. To nominate a horse you must be a member of the club. You can only nominate one eligible horse (but you can provide backup nominations in case your first preference isn't eligible), and the horse cannot be owned by you. A horse is eligible to be mascot if it is a gypsy vanner and it is registered with the club by the time nominations close. You can nominate or vote for a horse for any reason you like; perhaps it has high stats, or excellent conformation, or a gorgeous coat, or maybe they're just your favourite. #14702 Posted on 2016-03-04 03:20:28 The horse you nominate has to be owned by someone other than you, but they don't necessarily need to be owned by another club member or registered with the club at the time of nomination. They will need to be in order to be mascot though, so if they haven't been registered by the time voting opens then they can't be included. For this reason I give people the option to provide backup nominations. You can provide as many backups as you like. :) 0 members like this post.
