Does the coat randomizer have a chance of getting the same coat as the previous one?

As far as I'm aware you shouldn't be able to get the same coat as the previous one. I've used randomisers on black Friesians and always gotten chestnuts which is obviously supposed to be super rare. However, with the range of colours for most breeds you should be fine.

I haven't used enough randomizers to be positive on my answer but in talking with others they don't seem to give you the same coat that you had before. There's always a small chance we're wrong and people just get really lucky, but I'm leaning towards always a different coat.
