Main Account (#72281)

My main account is the easiest place to reach me if you wish to contact me. This is the Silver Foxie Sox / Black Watch Stables account, and it is the one I log into most often (I have a total of three, per EV rules). Sometimes I don't log into my other accounts as much because it takes a lot of time to maintain all three, and I tend to use my other accounts more for archived, retired, or for sale horses. I'm working on developing these accounts a little more right now, however, to ensure that I can make working with them easier, and I will likely be moving a couple projects over to one of them as well. Keep in mind that I am not an artist, but I will be posting images of my characters as I update my website. I fell behind and have a lot of art I haven't posted yet on my charrie site yet, so that will be a while yet.

If I am slow to respond, please be patient; I try to get back with everyone. Please do not contact me requesting to buy horses that are not even in my sales division; if it is not there, it's not available for sale. However, I will consider requests to notify you of any foals or stud services available later on from something that catches your eye. I breed for conformation first and foremost, but I work hard to build up the specialty stats and breed down the non-specialty stats, as well. Sometimes I archive horses with particularly low non-specialty stats and high conformation just so I have them to use again later if I need another boost in this direction. Occasionally I will breed horses that are not so good on the stats, however, for their conformation. These lines are works in progress and I likely won't sell a lot of foals from them if I can avoid it. Stallions born into these lines and sold are gelded to avoid them being bred.

I'm more than happy to help people, particularly newer players, but keep in mind that I will likely want to review animals you want to stud to mine in any way just to make sure I am helping you work in a direction that will be truly beneficial to your program long-term. I am happy to answer questions about my methods and breeding program if asked, and am not at all offended in the event that someone wants to adopt any of them to improve their chances of success. What works for me may not work for everyone, but I've been around since the old version of the game and I've settled into a certain set of techniques that have been working pretty well on the newer one.

Secondary Account (#73122)

This is my retirement account for older horses that are done with breeding and just hanging out doing riding schools or shows. I learned a while back not to sell too many of the horses I use in my program because they tend to get way overbred, and it means I run into their lines again. However, once they are sold I have no control over what the name is or whether someone leaves the DC in front of ones I bred, so it can be hard to identify them or keep track of who they were. So if I use it in my program and retire it, this is one of the places it goes. I am focusing on this account more for the expansions than the archive account for now because I have very strict rules about what has the right to stick around and get archived. However, it also means I'm busy rearranging my horses so they are where I want them. I'm also working on making sure I maintain all accounts as deluxe so I can have a coded layout for each one, to remind me which one I'm in whenever I go there. Sometimes I lose track of things due to getting distracted, so visual things really do help sometimes, LOL

Yes, I consider all stables to be Black Watch or branches thereof as a salute to my heritage; I am a member of the Campbell Clan, and our tartan is basically a muted Black Watch, hence the name. But I'm still working on updating things to reflect it all.

Although the retirement horses are not breeding, feel free to browse this account, as I have also added a couple found projects on the side. It is also a great place to get a feel for what kind of things I have worked with to develop my herd; that way you can see where my program is going and how far it has come over time.

Archive Account (#73108)

Ultimately, this is where I will be storing horses that are older and exceptional, but that I mostly keep locked so I have them around if needed. I have added Foundie Projects, as well, so as to have a way to build the account's points and experience; I am focusing on Morgans and a side foundie Friesian project at this point.

I may do occasional breedings with the archive horses, depending on whether I want to throw them back in my gene pool again. I have various archive categories and have them sorted by their grade and traits of value. My absolute best will likely be in Archived Legends; that is where Keith, my 80+ confo Gypsy Vanner stallion with only 8 NSS, resides. He's a handsome boy who did well in shows in his day and was a major foundational animal in my herd.
