I've looked just about everywhere else for insight and still cant figure out how I'm supposed to collect a weekly allowance, if there is one? Sorry if this seems ridiculous, i just imported my account after not playing for nearly 4 years.

Welcome back!! There is no weekly allowance, instead you can collect daily interest from the money in your bank account. Each day you login you'll have the opportunity to collect interest from the money in your bank account. =]
