Royal Union (Human RP)

Caesar glanced at some of the girls, wondering who was to be his wife. He had a frightening fear that she would hate him, and would want a divorce. He hated divorces, and would do anything to stop that from happening.

A woman with jet black hair entered the stage. "Greetings!" She said. An enormous smile plastered on her face. "Thank you all for attending this very special event. Tonight is a night to join, and celebrate our new couples. Could all of our young royals rise?" She asked sweetly.

Anastasia rose from her chair, interlacing her fingers together in front of her stomach. She took a sharp swallow, hoping her chosen husband wouldn't be too serious or harsh. Despite her few worries she lifted her head, keeping it up in a respectful manner.

Caesar stood, hiding his hands behind his back so no one could notice him slightly tremble. It was really happening, soon he would meet his wife.

Jess' eyes scanned the room at all the people here tonight and the range of different ball gowns and sharp tuxedos. Then was pulled to attention as a lady addressed them all, announcing the proceedings of the night.
When asked to stand she gracefully rose and smiled, ready to start this new chapter in her life.

Seb was casually scanning through his txt messages and making small talk with one of the officials standing nearby when he noticed a lady standing at the podium addressing the people in the ball room and announcing tonight's proceedings. Once she asked for the young royal members to stand, he slipped his phone into his pants pocket and stood up strong and tall preparing himself for what may lay ahead.

Olivia excitedly - yet gracefully - stood up from her seat, smoothing down her dress and holding a joyous smile on her face. She was excited that she was getting so close to meeting her new husband.

Damien sighed and stood up, placing his folded hands in front of him and watching the woman at the podium. He may have looked as though he really didn't care about this whole thing, but deep down, he was kind of excited

The woman smiled. "Thank you. Here tonight we have gathered our youths. With us, are Donnie, Anastasia,Caesar, Luciana, Damien, Wendy, Joseph, Jess, Sebastian, and Olivia; All coming from many different parts of the world. Again, thank you for joining us. But you may be wondering. 'Who is my match?' Well, as each of you will notice, there is a little black box under each of your seats. Inside of each box is your match, and in the boy's boxes, the marriage license as well. Go ahead, fetch your boxes and open them."

Damien looked under seat to find the black box. He took it and opened it, finding the marriage license and his match inside of it. "Wendy..." he spoke to himself, eyes scanning the room in search of the girl.

Olivia excitedly grabbed and opened her box, reading the name 'Sebastian' and immoderately looking around for him. She was overjoyed and couldn't wait to officially meet him.

Anastasia looked under her chair, finding the black box as told. She opened it to find small white car, with the name "Donnie" written in gold. "Donnie..." she whispered to herself, a faint smile appearing on her face as she whispered his name. Her eyes looked up from the card, she looked around the ball room, wondering who was Donnie.

Caesar pulled out his box, finding the card and marriage licence in the box. He smiled brightly as he softly mumbled out her name "Luciana". She sounded pretty.

Jess turned and slid her hand under the table and found the black box. Unable to contain the excitement she lifted the lid, a white card with gold script writing.
'Joseph' she whispered, with a smile tugging at the side of her mouth she looked up scanning the room only to find everyone else doing the same.

Seb bent down and grabbed the black box from under his chair. Looking up from the box he found everyone's eyes scanning the room, with a chuckle he lifted the lid of the black box and read the name 'Olivia'.
'Well atleast that was a nice name, atleast it's not a name like Bessie or Maisey' he thought to himself.

The woman smiled. "Congratulations, Royals. And thank you all for attending. We Are excited to announce that it is time to make your ways to the ball. Please follow the attendants directions to the grand ballroom. And don't forget, have the time of your lives. " Five sets of attendents came to stand at several locations, leading towards the ballroom.

Anastasia followed the arrows, her heart leaping from her bosom at every step. The sound of feet walking on the hard floors blurred into her thoughts, as all she could think about was Donnie. What was he like, what were his interests? Did he just want the money and didn't care about anything else? So many questions went through her mind, she hoped she would meant him soon.

Caesar's nervousness eased as he thought about his bride, would you even call her a bride if you don't know her?? For goodness sake he didn't even know what the girl looked like, yet alone her feelings! His emotions changed from good to bad over the minutes, not sure what to feel, nor think.

Donnie rose, following the arrows, and made his way towards the ballroom. He stood straight, with a certain grace about him. He glanced around, noticing that the royals were the only ones heading this way. All others had poured out and taken a different path. He sighed.

Wendy silently rose to her fee. She smoothed out the long, pink, ballgown and grabbed the black clutch. She tucked a long, dark, strand of hair behind her ear as she followed the signs. Her stomach turned. When was she going to meet her 'husband'? Would she ever be able to love him? She doubted it. But, she smiled as she made her way to the grand ballroom.

Olivia excitedly rose from her seat and joined the group ideograms on their way to the ballroom. She wondered if any of them were as excited as she was about meeting their lifelong partner.

Damien sighed softly as he stood up from his seat and also made his way toward the ballroom. The name 'Wendy' kept recurring in the back of his mind, and he was still wondering what she looked like, and what her personality was like.

Jess collected her clutch and swiftly making her way towards the ballroom following the arrows, her dark red dress moving with each sway of her hips. With a big smile on her face, Jess hoped that it did enough to hide the butterflies of nerves in her tummy and the quick beat of her heart.

Sebastian followed all of the royals in the direction of the ballroom with confident strides and without so much as a fault in his step, towards his new life. Towards the young lady that would now be his life partner and confidant.

Two attendants swung open the doors. Donnie stood up straighter. There was a grand staircase leading into the fantastic ballroom. The stairs were a white marble. The floor, was dressed with stone. The walls were very tall. Everything put off a feeling of elegance. Music poured from speakers. Donnie smiled. He was going to like it here. He turned though, before going in. "Hey guys. I'm Donnie, By the way." He gave a small smile and a shrug.

Wendy smiled as the doors were opened. She examined the large room in awe, before her attention was turned back to the others. She listened quietly as another talked. "Nice to meet you, Donnie." She smiled. "I'm Wendy." She glanced down, trying to be happy about this whole marriage situation. How could she be married? She was only seventeen! And married to a complete stranger?
