Registering Horses

When i was going through registration applications i noticed some 3 year olds turning 4 in a couple days, but they have the absolute minimum amount of stats (like 104, 105, 106 etc...) so when they turn 4, they wouldn't be within the requirements (200 stats) so i was wondering, can these horses be rejected? i wouldn't reject them, i would just not approve them and wait for them to be within the requirements... but yeah, I wanted to know if this was the right thing to do.

is this for your position as club president?
if so, the president is the one who makes up the requirements, so any decision you make will, by default, be the right one :)

if you want to lower registration requirements, that's your choice, but you'll probably want to send out a newsletter and update the page to reflect those changes :)
