Moving horses to my stable!!!

Does anybody know how to unboard horses? My stable will not take them for some reason unless they are not boarded, but I cannot figure out how to remove them from their current stable. I sent the stable owner a message requesting that my horses be booted, but they are 16 days overdue and still haven't been kicked out. I do not want to pay more board; I want to move my horses to my own stable!!!

Anybody?

It looks like your horses are in your stables. Did you manage to work it out?

Not for all of them, but I'm working on it. I apparently have to set all my stalls as public, and I basically need to continue expanding until I have enough of them for all my horses.
