Looking for a sales project

I'm in the process of selling off my Thoroughbreds and have locked my new Dutch Warmblood stock while I wait for foals to catch up to the pack age-wise.

In the meantime, I'm looking to get going with a couple of project horses that I'll plan to sell at the age of 10. They'll be trained, treated, and shown daily, and sold unbred and with 5/5 tack for the standard 10k per 100 stats (posted on the Horse Classifieds).

My question to the public is: What would YOU be interested in? What would sell best?

Please let me know what your ideal foundation horse would look like, including:
- Breed
- Gender
- Minimum conformation
- Color/preferred genes (obviously can't guarantee I'll get this right, but I can try)
- Specialty
- Single horse or breeding pair

These horses will be started at age 3, so I'll be training them for 7 weeks start-to-finish. I'd like to get going with 2-6 tomorrow (June 25th).

Would 2nd generation foals work? I have two fine foals for sale, both Gypsy Vanners, both colts, but have decent conformation, and are two of the newer colors. :)

- Breed; Gypsy Vanner
- Gender; Stallions (can switch one to a mare)
- Minimum conformation; 50
- Color/preferred genes (obviously can't guarantee I'll get this right, but I can try); any color
- Specialty; Driving
- Single horse or breeding pair; can stay single or can make into a pair (just need to change one of the stud's into a mare)

- Specialty: Dressage
- Single horse or breeding pair: I would love a breeding pair, but a single horse would still make me happy.

- Breed: Shetland Pony
- Gender: Mare and Stallion (pair)
- Minimum conformation: 50
- Color/preferred genes: Anything but grey or bay
- Specialty: Driving
- Single horse or breeding pair: Breeding Pair
