In the item catalogue, Hay cubes are worth $1030 for 10 uses, and Sugar cubes are $530 for 10 uses c:

Well they aren't going well anymore (at least Hay Cubes)...

In the Item Market most were listet für 4-5k per use. But that's a price that won't sell even in weeks (I've tried).
I've gone down to 1,5k per use (but I have a ton of uses --> high total price) and still no buyer.

I've seen people sell them via forum auction for ~365 EVD per use. That's still above item catalogue pricing but waaaaaay lower than it used to sell before.

They've become much more common since the riding school, so I don't think they will sell for high prices anymore. I already have more than I could ever hope to use.

I agree with Confessor; I've found loads since entering my horses into riding schools!

I just received a ton through the riding school, but I'm glad about that. I had a few that I just didn't use because I didn't have enough to go round to all my horses. I really never searched for them actively, just as I'm pretty sparing on what I spend my money on, and usually non stat (like red apple/carrot/etc giving only stats to one) treats are my last go to.
