The road most travelled (Background Sale)

I''ve never really done this before...a background sale, but here it goes. My rules for this are quite a bit different than my design or character sales.

1. You do not have to credit me
2. You may use in anything you want.
3. Just don't take credit for making it
4. You can sell it, use it in sigs, large art, tags, whatever you want.
5. You gain basically all rights to this image. It will belong to you.
6. You may NOT sell it as is. Period. That is the one right I will retain. It will not be sold to anyone else, but you are not to sell off the rights to it's unaltered use.

Winner will recieve full sized unwatermarked image.
