Hello! I noticed that a few of my mares have a small timer/clock thing to the let of their name. What does that mean?

The clock means that your mare has been bred within the last 7 days. Mares have a seven day "cool down" between breedings. You can't breed her again until those seven days are up or unless you use a breed again potion which cost credits.
