The horse with these stats I have set as Dressage but would it be better to convert to Jumping? And if so do it now at 3 years or wait till he is older?

Ugh. Those nonspec stats are SO high. I feel like to be competitive, nonspec stats much above 60 aren't ideal. Converting to SJ would give you the lowest possible nss, but they are still awfully high. This horse probably won't be your best competitor.

I agree.
Dressage is probably best if you need to compete with them, but I would not recommend it. That horse will probably only be a money drainer for you, I suggest making it a riding school horse.

@ RemRem I was just going to have him in the riding school, I got him for breeding, then I saw the stats. so would I breed him to a young horse with low stats or and older horse with the right stats higher?

As long as the horse you are breeding him to has low non-specialty stats, you should be good. It may take you a few generations to lower those stats though.
