hearing some one mover she lifted her head and saw him eating. She got up and stretched and went over to him "Good your awake"She said and checked his wounds and placed another healing spell on them

He acknowledged her, but still was confused. Who is she? And why did she save me after attacking me? He pulled himself up and sat down, looking at the mysterious dragon.

"There humans coming so I hid you and killed them and brought you here to heal "she said and rolled around in the dirt

Still confused, he tilted his head to the side. Can she read my thoughts? 

"Yes I can read thoughts. Now stay here while I get you more food" she jumped down and disappeared into the shadows 

A little spooked, he stood still. A dragon who could read thoughts... that would invade his entire privacy. He laid down and waited patiently, tempted to just fly off. He was relieved that he was still alive, but he didn't want to get too attached to anyone.

Even though she could read thoughts she didn't do it all the time. She soon came back with food and water for him and went back down to the forest 

Having being dehydrated, he slurped the water messily, tempted to cool down his aching throat. He nibbled on the insects, enjoying his meal.

She soon came back up with more food and water and went back into her cave and laid down

He continued his feast until everything vanished. He looked up into the sky and sighed. What was going to happen now? 

"Your free to leave "she said and snorted

He looked at her, and nodded. Nodding was a dragon-way of a "thank-you". 

He lifted his wings and caught a draft of wind, as he glided off to the direction of the lake.

She watched him fly off and noticed a black fleck getting bigger and bigger. She growled and watched it to see what it was and doing

He returned to the lake and glided down, softly landing. He walked onto his heated rock and spread out his wings, once again bringing his body temperature back to normal.
