ISO: Active player with a National Western arena

I don't have a National arena for Western yet and now that I have horses at and near that level I'm looking for an outside arena to train them in. When I have to use outside arenas I prefer to find active players with less than $2 million total in their bank & on hand, because I want my training fees to go to people who really need the money. So, if you play at least once a week, have less than $2 mil total, and have a National level Western arena with a training fee of $100 or less, reply here and I'll bookmark your arena and use it daily.
