Behind the name "Willow Creek"

Your probably thinking "wait there's a reason for the name? It's not just there to look pretty?

I love Willow trees hence why it's "Willow" Creek, but not onky do I love willow tree but they have a bit of a meaning to me. I grew up with one in my backyard and I just loved to hang out under it, it was the first tree I climbed and fell out of. It was my favorite place to sit and read a book, draw or just to hang out. Theyre beautiful trees and I wish I had one in my yard now.

Now the "Creek" meaning is in memory of my childhood dog that passed, her name was Cricket but I normally called her Cricketity Creek or just Creek. I'm not sure where this name came from but it's what I called her, she loved water and was my favorite dog well my only dog I haven't had once since. She was a Golden Retriever and an absolute blast to have around, I miss her every day but I know she's happy in doggy heaven.
