A friend is trying to give me some horses, but my account is suddenly locked. How do I unlock it?

I looked through the help page.
I don't see any topics about an account being suddenly locked.



But it could be that you haven't progressed?
Because account locking is just not logging into the account.







But if that's not it.
Then I do not know how to help.

Usually a mod is pretty active here in the forums to help out players in need.

is your friend getting an error message when attempting to transfer horses to you? if so what does it say exactly?

Check that you have allowed transfers in your account settings on your player page
