I need someone to clear this up for me!

Hi,

This was years ago, I have insomnia and sometimes I watch some shows or programs late at night!
This one night, I was watching a horse show jumping and the announcer said the riders name, it was Lucinda Green!

I was half asleep and I want to know, if I was delusional! Can somebody tell me if I’m wrong?

She is a British eventer I believe!

Any chance it was an old broadcast? She used to be an eventer, but she’s nearing 70 so I don’t think she competes anymore. Or maybe she was a commentator? Or there’s a chance there’s a younger person who happens to have the same name.

Edited to add that she does have a daughter who I think competes, so maybe they were saying it was her kid? I also reread that it was years ago, so there’s a chance it was her, but I think she’s been retired for a while
