I found this free for commercial use stock image on unsplash that I was hoping to someday use for photo edits / recolors. Is this allowed? Who do I credit on the image (the website, photographer, or both)?

You should be crediting the owner of the image and the site. i.e username@unsplash.com

Basically, your credit should be traceable to the image itself.
