I have been on hiatus for quite some time! Not sure many of you remember me! 

I need a vent. My horse has to go for scans as I'm worried he has a tendon injury. He's been unable to carry himself fully on the hind end on the off side. But he warms up out of it. It kills me because there may be something wrong or may be not. But I will never know unless I get the scan done.

In Australia, it's only just the start of our show season with our first one next weekend. Due to COVID, we haven't been able to compete at any shows for 2 years, as I'm sure anyone hasn't been able to! 

Just after so long of looking forward to it and I've had to get some new gear, he may be out 😪

We had the opportunity to ride in front of an Olympic level judge and rider today. And he pulled up lame.....

We went to the vet yesterday to an orthopaedic specialist. He has a fractured splint so has to be retired to the paddock. I'm devastated.

We aren't sure what happened. I think he knocked the outside of his front cannon in the stable. Turns out the hind is sore due to the front..
