Not a Equiverse Question

So I was wrapping presents and I had a horse show on, I was not really paying attention and I heard the announcer say that this rider is doing Haute de tole( I spelled that wrong). I guess the rider was doing Dressage.

So I need to know, What are the steps or moves of Dressage? 

I don't do dressage, but I like to see it done and appreciate the effort and training required to pull it off. (Having ridden young horses who basically just tanked around and didn't listen to any commands!)

Did some googling and this website looks like a good place to get an idea of some of the moves, what they are called, how they are performed...
