*Can not change background

I want to use one of my Winner's Circle backgrounds with this horse (Fox Goddess):   http://www.equiverse.com/horse.php?id=626142

When I go to the drop box on that background, many of my horses are listed, but not her.  How do I put her in the Winner's Circle?  She's earned it.

The problem seems to be with the horse.  I have several different backgrounds, and Fox Goddess doesn't show up in the drop boxes of any of them.

It looks like she's got a phantom background equipped. The Background slots are reading as 1/1 but she doesn't seem to actually have a background equipped. Have you ever had a background on her before? or any decorations? I can't actually fix your problem, but we can try and get as much information as we can ready so hopefully it'll be an easy fix that won't reoccur or happen to any other horses!

Yes, she had a different background previously.  One of the Trail backgrounds.

I have the same problem with Mercy in One Hour and Silver and Gold, is there a way I can fix it?

You need to make a bug report it to be fixed manually. If you could describe what was previously equipped or how it was removed it may narrow down the glitch.
