Breeders Directory [help needed]

Hi guys! I'm trying to put together a Breeders Directory for every breed on Equiverse and I'd love some help. It's a pretty ambitious project, so I've set up a wiki-style site which allows lots of people to edit it. I'm hoping this will serve as a useful and regularly updated reference to allow people to easily find like-minded breeders.

All I need you to do is add a link to your account in all the lists that apply to you. For example, if you breed mustangs specialised in western, with a colour focus, you'd go to the Mustang page and add your name to the Western list and the Colour list.

I've already set up a template, so you shouldn't need to know the code to add stuff in - just copy and paste another link, then put in your name and account number. And if you do get stuck, just add in your name and account number as text without any code and I'll fix things up for you. :)

Also, if you have any suggestions/bug reports for the site or directories please post them here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to hear what would be useful for you, what works and what doesn't, and essentially anything else you think would be relevant.

How to add your information
1. Go to the relevant breed page of the Breeders Directory.
2. Click the edit link at the top of the page.
3. Add your details to all the appropriate sections.
4. Click 'Save' (last button at the bottom of the page).
5. Answer the simple maths problem that appears at the bottom of the page by typing the correct number in the box.
6. Click 'Save' again.

Displaying the breeders directory on your page
It's now possible to display a copy of a breeders directory on your player page (deluxe accounts only) or club page via an iframe. The copy on your page will automatically update as people add their details on the directory. The relevant code is listed at the very end of each breeders directory - simply copy and paste. If you prefer, you can instead link to it, and I've put together some banners you can use for this. Again, all this can be found on each breed directory page. Hey UB I added in my information to your site (which is an awesome idea).

The only thing I noticed is that by adding my name to the lists for Clydes and DWB, the formatting got shifted around by the new s in the code. So now the pages looks off, I'm not good enough at coding to know a fix, except maybe making a table?

Also you might want to consider having new pages open when the links are clicked, rather than having it open on that page. (Not sure how hard that is to do with coding) Just a thought.

Overall I love this idea it is amazing and you've done a great job with it!

The shifting you're seeing is meant to happen, and is meant to allow things to arrange themselves properly with different sized browser windows, except another part of the layout isn't set up properly to allow that so it's not quite working yet. :P It'll also look a bit more logical when there's a bit more information present. This'll get fixed soon. I'm still trying to figure out how to edit the site code. :P

Having links open in new tabs instead of the same page is an easy fix. I'll add that in. :) *edit* Now added.

Trying to add my info..but cant figure out how and where.. and on the appy page I get some notice that its 'locked' or something.
Page lock conflict If I dont get that message, and the screen with all the funky gadget stuff comes up..I dont know where to put my info..lolz.. yaaaaaaaa yaaaa I old... dont know much about all this internet stuff lolz

I'll keep trying...hope to figure it out eventually lol

If you get a lock conflict that just means someone else is editing the page. :) Come back in a few minutes and hopefully they'll be done, so you can add your stuff in. Thanks for helping!

Kuk, I couldn't figure that out either for awhile. When you solve an equation, DON'T CLICK RELOAD D: I did that like 30 times, before finding out that that button doesn't submit the equation, it just gives you a new one. You type the answer in, and then click save and continue and the page should save. Not sure if that the issue you're talking about, but I thought it was worth mentioning (cause I had the same issue with the endless equations)
