Rabbit WIP

So I lost my beloved pet rabbit Nova a couple of weeks ago. I still don't know how to process that she's gone. I decided to practice my painting skills by drawing her; I never thought I would be capable of drawing something like this. Please no critiques; I'll accept critiques when I feel ready for them.

I'm so sorry for your loss :[ loosing a pet is always very hard. This is looking absolutely stunning, the way you get the fur texture is impressive.

Thank you all so much. It means a lot. And yes, she was a black otter Mini Rex. She was the brattiest bunny I've ever had (and I've had many!) I was the only person she liked and she loved being carried around but hated it when I sat down. She mellowed out a little but was still a little nibbling terror. She was extremely particular (she loved grapes, but only when they were cut in half). She refused to get along with any other rabbit so unfortunately she was kept by herself. She was my precious baby and I will always love and miss her. Painting her helps; I'm going to work on the body some more tonight. Again, thank you to everyone who's commented so far.
