Shouldn't Morgans have Sooty? And...

Sooty Morgans are pretty common in real life, can that gene not be used here?
Also is there a way to tell what gene tweaks can be used on what breeds BEFORE you spend credits on them ? :[ 
If not can this be a suggestion?

You can see all acceptable genes for each breed under Town < Statistics. Just click the breed.

Example, Morgans, where sooty is listed as not present in that breed.

Thank you! I still think there could be an easier way to clearly see what breeds you could use each tweak for without having to look up each gene code for those of us that don't have what each letter means memorized, and referring back to each breeds statistic every time. 
But aside from that that - there are definitely  Sooty Morgans in real life! Would love to see sooty present in Morgans in game as it ought to be.
