More to Happiness/Unhappiness

(if any of these are already features, sorry :P)
I was thinking ... as of now, there are only two ways for a horse to die. To be uncared for for seven days, and to die naturally at twenty-two. Of course, now there is also the retired option, which is not dying, but removing from the game.
I think horses should be able to die from unhappiness. This is a thing in real life and I think it would add a bit more to the unhappiness/happiness. As an alternative/addition, perhaps negative show bonuses or less gained from training and riding schools? And perhaps a slight bonus if the horse is happy/stays happy? Nothing major on either side, just a small incentive to take full care of your horses, or a little added value to keeping them that way.
Sorry if I got anything wrong and Happy New Year! ♥

I support as I do think it would give people more of an incentive to log on and care for their horses completely and happiness and is something pretty easy to bring up after a day or two so stat loss would be minimal. But for some clarity is anyone able to identify with happiness if it already has these effects? I feel like it might but I can't confirm/remember so if someone else could?

Yeah, seeing as horses are herd animals and can die of depression if they are unhappy(usually from poor living conditions or loneliness) I think it's a great idea. I'm sure I'm wrong, but I heard somewhere there's a slight decrease in dressage horse showing... performance, that's the word I was thinking of :3
