Stat Boosts?

At the middle of my page in training, I get a progress bar that says Dressage Progress (I was training my dressage horses) and the bar is completely full 
Experience 880 (100 %) Experience needed 100
What does this mean? How do I upgrade if so? I have it on almost all my training pages.

When the progress bar is full, the owner of the training arena can upgrade the arena to the next grade (Novice to Local to Regional to National and finally to International grade). 
You can not upgrade another players arena. 
Only Deluxe members can own training arenas. 

Each time you train a horse, they get one more Stat Boost Point (you can see them in the middle of a horses page, they are the red roundish squares) and when the horse has gained 10 Stat Boost Points a big green button appears next to the red squares with the text Use Stat Boost. Click on it and the horse will gain some extra stats.
