What would you do if this is your horse

I purchased this horse with the view to turning him flaxen at some point and concentrated on his conformation.

How would you progress his training?
I am not sure which discipline to put him in, to keep his nss as low as possible, although to breed I was thinking of Endurance. His base and current stats are listed on his profile.  What would you do if he was yours as I would be grateful for any advice.

I would continue to feed him hay/sugar cubes until he's 3. When he turns 3, I'd first select endurance as his discipline. Then I'd go convert him to racing, since that is the way to have the lowest ns stats, at 55. Though if you wanted to do endurance, it'd only be one more stat at 56 ns. So really it depends on what you plan to use him for.
