63 million is more than enough. Just spend your money until you're just below 50 million then collect daily interest and use daily interest to spend on stuff you need. you will be fine as long as your daily interest is higher than the price of EVC. As long as you don't spend more than 250k per an EVC, you won't lose too much of money.
