"Upgrade Horses"?

Hello, everyone.  I'm back after a long hiatus, and I'm confused about something.  What is the "Upgrade Horses" button for?  I've clicked on it, but it doesn't seem to do anything.  Also, I recently found a button on my Chincoteague stallion's page that allowed me to improve his grade to Regional 3.  Is that related to the "Upgrade Horses" button?

Yes. Changing horses grades was a major strain on the server so to lesson it you can manually change your horses grade when they get enough stats.

The bottun will upgrade all horses on your account at once

Edit:  I clicked the button, but immediately after that, I still found an Andalusian stallion who had the upgrade button on his page.  His grade didn't improve until I clicked the button on his page.  I didn't give him a treat or use the stat boost button, so his stats didn't increase between the time I clicked the Upgrade Horses button and the time I clicked the button on his page.  Do you think I should make a bug report?

^{The improve all/upgrade all only works on deluxe accounts. Basic accounts need to improve grades manually. There are several bug reports of this nature already so you should say you're experiencing the same thing instead of creating a new report.}
