ISO layout coding

Looking for a full page color layout with plenty of text boxes etc etc the whole shebang with room for a layout image (which I will be making for myself). Basically looking to pay for the code, with my preferred color choice :) 

What you coders charging?? Can only pay in EVD at the moment haven't restocked my EVC yet!

150k for just the full page code. 
My page is an example and so are these though I'm willing and able to try something new if you want something more unique. 

Yes! Perfect exactly what I'm looking for! However I will be doing my layout manip in time as I find free time to make one.
