This mare https://www.equiverse.com/horse.php?id=278621 was born with 101 stats. 8/7/8 are in non specialty and 10/68 are in specialty of western (although she does not have those now) It says she is foundation... how can that be?

She is from the day after the recode - maybe a bug with the recode?
