Chincoteague Club (September)

Howdy Chincoteague Breeders!

It’s been a while since there have been any newsletters for our club, and for this I apologise. Personal life has gotten in the way of being able to do anything toward all our wonderful ponies. Major bushfire, and then my mum getting hit by a car while on her bicycle kind of throws things out of order for a while. She's recovered now, and the bushfire didn't get to me so, now its time I made things known

Requirements for Registering Ponies
Ponies are set to be eligible to be registered in our club if they meet the following requirements, whether bred or storebought, regardless of age and gender:
Minimum Stats: 200
Minimum Conformation: 50.00.
This is to give all players a fair chance at getting their ponies registered and was put up for discussion last month, but as only one person commented, this will be how things remain until it is deemed necessary to change. I prefer to give everyone a chance, not just those with the best ponies.

Regarding the Stud Book!
Until it is possible to make our own requirements for the Studbook, it will not be something we will be able to discuss, as I cannot do anything with this. Even if we did come up with requirements, there is no way for me to go through the horses already in there and remove those who do not meet our requirements.

Club Admins
I am looking for at least one more club admin, however I would like this to be someone who is good with coding, as I have no experience what so ever with this, and do not want to stuff up what we've already got!

Contest
This month, I am only going to host one contest for the club. A Mascot one, and there is only one requirement for entering! All ponies entered must be carriers of the silver gene so ZZ or Zz! Stats are not important for this contest, and there will be a $20,000 prize for the mascot for this month! Entries close September 8!

never mind, she didn't have the required stats yet since she's been locked for ages, and I doubt you want an under-qualified mascot lol
