New Terms, Privacy Policy, and Code
In accordance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are updating information regarding the use of this site. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy have received a revamp, and we have added a brand new Code of Conduct to Equiverse as well.

In order to continue using the site you must agree to the conditions set forth in all of these documents. If you do not accept any of them, you must cease to use the site immediately. Please review each of the updated pages and read through them, in order to better understand the rules and to be sure that you accept all of the items that are set forth.

You've likely seen many of these "we updated our privacy policy" messages recently, because of the GDPR, but please be sure you give our updates a read too, as these newly updated forms are clearer and more verbose and provide important that is information for our players. Thank you.

Is there a way to accept? Because I'm not seeing anything TO accept. I read through all of them and agree--is that all I need to do?

I do have one question on this part....Do not funnel items/currency between accounts. Equiverse reserves the right to place an embargo to any accounts considered to be funneling. This includes but is not limited to:
Excessively transferring game items, currency and horses between two accounts usually for the purpose of directly benefitting one account to receive an unfair advantage.

will this effect if you buy stuff on one acct for your second acct? like I sometimes buy a horse but I send it to the other acct all that will
still be ok?

Same. How do you accept the Terms? Is it something available to UK users only, or is it more "accept it spiritually" thing?

I wonder about the same thing as cinder80. I know I've done that in the past, bought a horse here but sent it to another account...

There isn't a box to tick to accept, it's more a case of reading and understanding them, and knowing that those are the rules. So I guess it's accepting it spiritually, hehe.

Considering the wording, I'm sure sending the occasional odd horse or item to a second account is still fine and not funneling, but with the use of "Excessive", does that mean using a second account for essentially storage purposes would not be allowed?
