Showing Issues
So I've spent the past couple of weeks keeping an eye on shows and they seem to be running okay. I finally got through the 40k+ shows that needed to run last Monday and since then there have been no days where they've not run.

I am working on a new showing system but it'll take a while to code and bug-test to make sure that there are no issues. For the time being, the current shows seem to be running fine so they will have to do for now.

User Logs
I have implemented a User Logs system which tracks your actions in the game including things like wishing in the well, locking and unlocking your account, locking your divisions, using your items, and so on.

It will not include information like entering shows as that needs to be done on an individual show basis which will get a bit spammy.

This information will be available to moderators as well so they can help diagnose any issues you're having with your account, and can recommend when the issue needs to be escalated as a bug. Please let me know if you feel like I've missed out any important features that you think should be tracked!

Reporting Horse Genotypes
Since horses have been able to be imported to the game, some horses were given a faulty genotype, or had the genotype passed altogether.

I have included a button for horse owners to report their horses if the genotype/phenotype doesn't seem right. This report will go directly to me and I will be able to fix it hopefully within 24 hours.

Additionally, I have edited the code to prevent horses without a genotype (or a faulty genotype) from breeding and will nudge any member who receives an error to the horse's page so that it can be reported for faulty genotype.

Hopefully this will help me track down the coding that's causing all the incorrect genotypes :)

That genotype reporting feature should be very helpful! Thank you!

And thank you for the other additions. :)

Thanks You~! I look forward to future updates. :)

On a side note I'm not sure if this is connected to the genotype/phenotype problem or is a whole different thing. Essentially I have a Mustang that is descended from an Arabian and a Thoroughbred, and I mean that as in literally a Arabian and a Thoroughbred somehow ended up having a Mustang Foal...like I said I'm unsure if this is connected to the genotype issue or if it's a separate issue all together it just confuses the heck out of me. o_O

REIKON, this is linked to the importing of horses in the new version of the game. Horses with a breed on the old version of the game that no longer exists on the new version were allowed to have their breed set to a new breed.

Basically, they were all the same breed before being imported here at which point their owners were allowed to set their breeds individually to something else.

'Additionally, I have edited the code to prevent horses without a genotype (or a faulty genotype) from breeding and will nudge any member who receives an error to the horse's page so that it can be reported for faulty genotype.'

What does this mean? I'm very confused. Does this mean that horses that are not tested will not be able to breed? Because I don't test their genotype (because I find it expensive and really not important) , but I still want to be able to breed.
Or is this something temporary that you are working on and fixing? I really don't get it. As far as I know, my horses have no faulty geno-/phenotypes so I don't understand what the point of this is.

(My first language is not English. I guess that is why I don't understand it completely, or maybe I'm just dumb. xD)

You will be able to breed horses without revealing their genotype - but if there is a problem with a horse's genotype, then you will not be able to breed it. You'll get an error message when you try to breed, so you still won't need to reveal its genotype if you don't want to - but it'll tell you to report the horse and I will be able to see what's going on :)

Basically, some horses have genotypes that are partially missing or completely missing because of some buggy code at the launch of the game - this has carried through the generations of horses as it didn't previously prevent buggy horses from breeding, which created buggy foals. I'm trying to fix that now.

Thank you, I understand it now!

Is there a way to tell if a horse has a faulty genotype? Because right now, I did not expect any of my horses to have faulty genotypes, but I was not able to breed any of them. That must mean that all of them have faulty genotypes.
I don't want to report other horses (that I was not going to breed with today) if it is not necessary, but now they might be faulty as well. Is there a way to tell? Or should I expect that all of the horses (that are related in some way) have this problem and just report them all?

@Lipton - you can test their genotype to see if it's broken, or just report them when you try to breed and aren't able to. Please don't report horses if you're not sure.

Today I tried to breed 2 mares with faulty geno- or phenotypes (they show sooty, but their colours say 'chestnut') and I was not able to make a breeding request with them, while all the other mares (that I thought were normal) can make a request but can not be accepted.
Is there a reason why some mares can make a request and others can not?

Also, do you get a notification when the horses are tested for faulty geno-/phenotypes?
